This Privacy Policy explains how RCS Unlimited, LLC (“RCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards “Personal Information” obtained through our Sites, mobile applications, and any online service that links to it (collectively, the “Sites”). 7. California “Shine the Light” (Civil Code §1798.83)
California residents may once per calendar year request a list of third parties to whom we disclosed certain Personal Information for their own direct marketing purposes, if any. Contact us as described below.

We implement industry standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, destruction, or alteration. Nevertheless, no Internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed 100 % secure.
9. International Transfers
Our servers are in the United States. If you access the Sites from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, where privacy protections may differ.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the revised version with a new “Effective Date” and provide additional notice if material changes reduce your rights. Continued use of the Sites after posting constitutes acceptance.
