Return Policy

Within 15 days of receiving your order, exchange items for credit or receive a refund less a 25% restocking fee. You must email info@rcshcg.com to request a return authorization number prior to returning any item. Outbound freight charges will not be refunded. Customer will be responsible for returning freight charges. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products are not returned in the original packaging and unused
  • Products purchased were special order items
  • Products have been modified in any way
  • Product packaging is damaged or opened
  • Products are replacement parts
  • Products are Point-of-Care tests
No Credit will be given for items returned without an RMA number. If the returned item does not have an RMA number, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
If an item does arrive damaged or with missing parts, please notify us within 10 days. We will be happy to send you replacements or parts as soon as possible. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item for a refund, subject to the standard return policy of the product.
If we ship you the incorrect item, we will correct the error at no additional cost to you.
