1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how RCS Unlimited, LLC (“RCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards “Personal Information” obtained through our Sites, mobile applications, and any online service that links to it (collectively, the “Sites”). It applies to residents of the United States, including California consumers covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

3. Sources of Personal Information

4. How We Use Personal Information

- Service Providers & Contractors bound by written agreements that meet CPRA requirements (e.g., cloud hosting, CRM).

- Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to written assurances of equivalent privacy protections.
We prohibit downstream recipients from selling or sharing your Personal Information unless you direct them to do so.
6. Your California Privacy Rights

Non-Discrimination We will not deny goods, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service for exercising your rights. Automatic.
Identity verification is required for access, deletion, and correction requests; we will confirm your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (90 days with notice). You may designate an authorized agent.
7. California “Shine the Light” (Civil Code §1798.83)
California residents may once per calendar year request a list of third parties to whom we disclosed certain Personal Information for their own direct-marketing purposes, if any. Contact us as described below.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, destruction, or alteration. Nevertheless, no Internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed 100 % secure.
9. International Transfers
Our servers are in the United States. If you access the Sites from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, where privacy protections may differ.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the revised version with a new “Effective Date” and provide additional notice if material changes reduce your rights. Continued use of the Sites after posting constitutes acceptance.
